Crushed pork rinds work beautifully in place of the flour or breadcrumbs you'd normally use to ensure a nice crunch on the outside. This recipe used parmesan too, but I'll be testing it without it to come up with a dairy free version. 🍳 🍳 🍳 I fried over easy eggs to go on top of the leftovers, making a little Benedict type situation. It was next level with the rich yolk. Between the salt rub & Alex Guarnaschelli's method of putting butter soaked cheesecloth on the breast meat, the skin got crispy & the meat was juicy 🤤 Her gravy is naturally gluten free, because it's thickened by pureeing half of the vegetables cooked under the turkey. I put the cauliflower in a pot and just add a enough homemade chicken stock to cover the bottom of the pan as they steam.
