Crabcakes! I always miss crabcakes, so happy to find a grain free version. Crushed pork rinds work beautifully in place of the flour or breadcrumbs you'd normally use to ensure a nice crunch on the outside. This recipe used parmesan too, but I'll be testing it without it to come up with a dairy free version.

☕If anyone's in the Clarksville area & hasn't been to @seasonsmarketclarksville check it out! They use the filtered oxygenated water they sell there, organic tea & coffee, & they have local cream. Once I realized that most coffee shops use tap water or poorly filtered water it was game over for me with the Starbucks. I'm happy to have found a place I can actually get a healthy drink & the girls that work there are really sweet too!

My turkey turned out beautiful! Between the salt rub & Alex Guarnaschelli's method of putting butter soaked cheesecloth on the breast meat, the skin got crispy & the meat was juicy 🤤 Her gravy is naturally gluten free, because it's thickened by pureeing half of the vegetables cooked under the turkey. I'd recommend it if anyone is making a turkey for Christmas! Check out @bushelandapeckhomestead if you're in Tennessee! Their meat was amazing as always.

Pretty hard to beat a juicy steak & cauliflower mash! I've found the secret to a delicious creamy cauliflower mash is to use the bare minimum of liquid. I put the cauliflower in a pot and just add a enough homemade chicken stock to cover the bottom of the pan as they steam. Lots of ghee too!
