Description

This is an audio meditation of basic energetic hygiene. Grounding, Clearing, & Shielding your Aura. Our energy field is affected by everyone we come in contact with, sometimes leaving us with an uncomfortable, distracted, tired, or just blah feeling. By clearing this out, we can welcome more of our own soul’s energy & Divine energy into our body in it’s place. This connects us to our true self, motivations, & the Divine.

This meditation is especially useful for empaths, people that don’t like crowds, or sensitive people that tend to feel other’s emotions & carry them with them.
