This is for people that would like to start keto with a group that is also starting! You will be added to a telegram group where you can talk to other people that read the Primal Keto Quick Start Guide, post food pics, talk about your struggles, and encourage each other.
I will also be in the group daily to answer questions about the diet, cooking, or you’re even welcome to send a list of what you have in the fridge if you’d like help figuring out what to cook. Chef to the rescue! Everyone will learn together and help each other stay on track 🙂
