Crispy Chicken Chip Recipe!

Chicken skin chips! Do you want them or do you want them? So crispy and delicious! It’s hard to find crunchy paleo and keto snacks, so I love these. They are super easy to make when you want something low carb but satisfying!

I make these when I’m cooking chicken for something that doesn’t require the skin (shredded chicken, chicken salad). I just take it off and save it before I cook the meat.

✔Preheat oven to 400 F. Put a silpat or parchment paper on a sheet pan.
✔Dry off skin & stretch them out so they’re flat, but not touching.
✔ Season with salt and pepper. Keep in mind that they shrink.
✔Cook for 8-12 min. Keep a close eye for when they’re golden brown with no soft fatty bits. They burn fast, so once they look close I check every minute. I’ve noticed they cook slower on the silpat.
✔Remove to a plate with paper towels and let them cool for a minute before you devour them 🙂
