Keto Paleo Fat Coffee Recipe

Thought I’d share my keto paleo fat coffee recipe ☕ This is my version of bulletproof coffee! It’s creamy without cream and the fat keeps you full for a long time. I add maca for energy and hormone balancing and collagen for skin and joint health. I usually sip it through the morning and fast until dinner. It’s also great with tea (especially chai) if you’re not drinking caffeine.

1 tsp Maca Powder
1 scoop (10g) MCT Powder scoop
.5 Tbsp MCT Oil
.5 Tbsp Coconut Oil
.5 Tbsp Grass Fed Ghee
1 scoop Grass Fed Collagen
Big sprinkle of Cinnamon
8-10 oz. Coffee

Just add all ingredients (warm coffee last) to a jar or tumbler and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. A regular blender should work too, just hold the lid on with a kitchen towel to keep the heat from possibly causing it to pop open.

I finally have my dream coffee set up 😍 Borosilicate glass kettle, pitcher, & French press! I try to avoid plastic especially on anything that will be exposed to heat. Coffee machines and keurigs have too much steam going through too much plastic for my liking. There’s still a small bit of plastic on the french press, so if anyone has one with none at all, leave it in the comments!
